Public Swimming Pools
Keep Watch
The “Keep Watch program” now requires parents/guardians of children 14 years and under to maintain visual contact at all times, therefore requiring them to be at the swimming pool (facility) with their children.
This program targets parents and carers of children to help them understand their responsibilities and the dangers of leaving their children unattended at the pool. Belgravia Leisure and Wentworth Shire Council will be enforcing this requirement.

Disabled Access
Both Dareton and Wentworth Pools have a ramp installed leading into the pool with handrails either side that can be used for wheelchair access.
A chair lift is also available at both Wentworth and Dareton Pools.
